Trenchless lateral lining solves all the complications encountered with dig and replace methods, with the ability to re -line damaged pipes without the damage and disturbance of digging. This system provides a solution for deteriorated and damaged lateral while preserving existing structures and land.
How it works
A liner is wet-out using a two part resin and is inserted into the lateral gun. The installer then calibrates the correct inversion pressure while the liner inverts itself through the existing host pipe and controls the speed to ensure proper installation. Once the liner is inverted and holding pressure, the Installer attaches a special cap to hold pressure during the curing time. Once the liner is cured the service is becomes a new pipe restoring it’s integrity and functionality.
